PHSC 40103 - Physical Science Laboratory: Integrating Inquiry

This is a laboratory course that uses an inquiry approach to help students gain an understanding of the scientific process. This is accomplished through the study of selected topics from the fields of physics, chemistry, and Earth science. Students will be asked to use problem solving and higher order thinking skills in order to apply the concepts they have learned. This course is primarily designed to meet elementary and middle school teacher certification content, but it will also satisfy the physical science Northwest Core requirement.
