EDUC 61481 - Directed Teaching in Cross Categorical Special Education: Elementary

Credit Hours: 1 to 12
A gradual induction into teaching students with mild disabilities in a cross categorical setting (elementary) through a progression which includes interpretation of intelligence tests, formal and informal diagnostic procedures, prescriptive instruction and practical application of teaching strategies and behavior management techniques.

Prerequisite(s): Permission of director of educational field experiences. Admittance to Teacher Education.
