This course is designed to familiarize students to the way businesses prepare for and respond to hazard events. As the number of disasters increase worldwide, businesses must mitigate against losses and ensure continuity of operations. The course will discuss hazard analysis, risk management of operations planning, crisis communications and leadership, and other strategies to minimize impacts of a harmful event.
