EDCI 62441 - Early Childhood Leadership and Program Management

This culminating course will provide teacher candidates with content in early childhood regulations, accreditation, program development and evaluation, leader responsibilities, profession related topics, special education, and classroom/behavior management. Students will engage in critical inquiry to align the philosophies of early childhood curriculum and behavioral guidance to policies and procedures of operating and managing an early childhood program and conducting educational research.
