The College of Arts, Communication and Social Sciences is comprised of the Schools of Communication and Mass Media, Fine and Performing Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Language, Literature and Writing.
The M.A. degree is available in English, History and Strategic Communication. The M.S. degree is available in Geographic Information Science, and an M.P.A. (Public Administration) is also available. In cooperation with the College of Education, Health and Human Services, areas of concentration for the Master of Science in Education in teaching are provided in English and History.
Some graduate programs allow flexibility to meet the specific needs of each graduate student. Graduate teaching and research assistantships are available to students in the college on a competitive basis.
