This course provides an overview of all aspects of the total compensation package from a human resource management perspective. Special attention is provided to pay and benefits, as well as how total compensation can be utilized strategically by organizations. New and emerging approaches to compensation are also considered.

Prerequisite(s): MGMT 54314 and MGMT 54316.
