MATH 17226 - Math in the Elementary Classroom

In this course, candidates will learn strategies and skills for teaching, assessment, and evaluation necessary for instruction of mathematics in the early elementary school. Emphasis will be given to the integration of mathematics with content literacy, science, art, music, and physical education.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 17171 with a grade of C or better.
Corequisite(s): EDCI 62426 and SCED 28225.
